wahahahaha.. my mother is sooo evil!!! here's an excerpt from my younger sis..
-the scare-
i suffered from a heart attack last night..mom called me at about 10pm..while i was having dinner with jun..and our conversation lasted for about 5-10mins..it went somewhat like this..
mom: where's your house key?
me: *searches bag* with me wad......... *hesitates.
mom: you sure? my house the plasma tv gone you know... everything is gone..
me: huh? why?**
mom: you left your key on the door! now the police is here..
COS MY PLASMA TV IS GONE.**
me: mom, dont bluff la.. you serious? *abit scared* *heart starting to beat VERY hard*mom: YES, YOU BETTER COME BACK NOW.. daddy's very angry already..
me: you sure? *stares at jun. *ready to CRY. *heart attacking NOW*
mom: ya.. come back right now.
me: okay.. i'll come back now.. *about to die*
mom: NO LA! bluff you! hahaha. who ask you so careless..
me: @*&&@(&*#*******...
see.. wahahaha.. i laughed so hard while reading it.. hahahahahaha.. anyway, went to watch X-Men 3 today.. hmm.. it was quite good.. give it a rating of at least 4 1/2 over 5.. but then I hate the storyline!!!! i mean like it was definitely a good screenplay BUT (spoiler here.. beware!!) how can they kill scott, psylocke, the professor and other random mutants??? i mean, it doesnt matter if jean dies, cos she always resurrects again and again (in the comic).. but the PROFESSOR??? its just senseless.. i hate it.. and note how wolverine's pants doesnt get torched even when his flesh is burnt off his body!!!
Plus, I definitely cannot believe the fact that Jean dies in a river and comes out with the power of the sun??? In the Phoenix saga, Jean was exposed to solar radiation and that was how her shields (put in place by Charles Xavier) were torn down, resulting in Dark Phoenix..
I mean, ya, the movie makes sense if I explore its possibilities... like how, ok, Jean's alternate ego, Phoenix is more powerful than Jean herself.. and so if Phoenix is unleashed, her powers are limitless.. but then wouldnt the burning thing be too much of a coincidence?
the movie just isnt faithful to the comics, you know? like how Rogue was supposed to have her Ms Marvel's powers before she joined the school.. because she was in Mystique's Brotherhood and she absorbed all of Ms Marvel and turned good.. but in the first movie, she was a runaway.. and only had her absorbing powers.. and her hair turned white because of Magneto.. but in the comics, it was never shown how she got it..
But then i still say X-men the movie trilogy is a good tribute.. and seeing how the movie ended, im gonna look forward to number 4 and so on..
I know I don't make any sense.. hmm.. my thoughts are all in a mess these days.. sigh.. btw.. this is a wikipedia link to the review of X-Men 3: The Last Stand.. (which i tink is very accurate storytelling)

haha, wow, i have certainly learnt some new facts about the x-men. I didnt know u were a follower when u were young. :)

shirley was rogue, i was storm, mei was jean grey and susan was jubilee when we were kids..
i was prob in pri sch so u didnt know.. hahahahaha..
eh...actually, it wasnt solar radiation that made her you-know-who, but then again, marvel always screws up storylines over and over again...
hmmm... there was 1 story where it was like the crystal thingy she had to fix in the time city right? and then dark phoenix took over her body..
then there was another story where their spaceship flew too close to the sun and jean had to save them all by using her powers.. and she got sucked into the sun.. and every1 tot she was dead.. but she later on became the phoenix..
but its true.. marvel does screw its storylines over and over again.. it often overlaps..
